Dear All,

we are using our domain for the past 12 years.

we never face this issue before. but now we can send mail all domains but only for hotmail we cannot send mail.

and this issue happened now only. most of our suppliers using hotmail server.

the error message as follows: 

MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

                Recipient: [SMTP:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***]

                Reason: 550 SC-002 (COL004-MC5F26) Unfortunately, messages from 173.227.251.249 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
