I can Receive e-mails but cannot either Send an e-mail or Answer one.  When I do try, my e-mail just sits in the Outgoing Mail far too long until I just delete it.

I have checked with my Internet Provider and they have confirmed my Settings are correct.

Any simple solution out there?  Remember, I will not be able to respond but thank you in advance.
