Last night, I got the message: "We've noticed some unusual activity in your Outlook account. To help protect you and everyone else, we've temporarily blocked your account"
I have reset my password and sent confirmation codes to my phone. I have done these steps numerous times, but am still unable to send E-mails, however, as the same error message keeps coming up. As someone who relies on E-mail, this is causing a huge amount
of invonvenience.
I have yet to receive an E-mail reply from the helpdesk, and I have posted on the support forum as they advised me to - https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?tp=il&tenant=WOL&sd=winlive&incno=1213235509&wa=wsignin1.0&st=1&wfxredirect=1 - but have also yet to get a reply.
Can anyone help?
