Hi .I have created a new live email address and then wanted my previous email address emails to come to this new one. Now when I open my previous email or this new one I cannot see any mail options. I only see the Microsoft Account overview. Please may someone help as it’s been a while i cannot access my email. The new email is of no use because nobody has it .i just wanted to have a more professional email address. Please can someone assist to reverse the damage. Thanks
