Original thread title: All of my contacts are missing on my people page. "

I chatted with Robert on live chat and he sent me the link to restore my deleted contacts in my Hotmail account.  However when I opened the "People" page there is nothing at the top to click on to do anything.  There isn't anything that says "Manage" or anything on the People bar.
