I am trying to save a movie and Live Movie Maker in 59.94 frames per second and I looked up a tutorial video on YouTube and noticed that they have a "create your own setting" tab under "save movie". I do not have this. I only have the default settings. My laptop is Windows 7 by the way. Anyone know how to help?
