I have a brand new dell computer.  I have a new hp printer all in one.  Hae managed to put the ink cartridge in it but cannot run the softwear cd in my computer because it keeps asking me for my mirosoft password and I have changed it several times after a long process but still cannot get in.

Also, need the administrator password.  It was never set I am sure as I am owner and only operator.  help
