I am unable to login to my live account. I entered the wrong password too many times and now I'm blocked from logging in.
When I try to reset my password I receive a link in my email, when I follow the link I get this error message: "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." I have tried this several
times over the span of 24 hours and also had the link resent a few times.
I believe this problem began when I tried to change the email address on my account a few months ago. Evidently I did this wrong--I unwittingly added a new alias and then deleted the primary email on the account without replacing it with a working address.
Now my live login, as per xbox support staff, is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
