Cannot Remove Alias

Hi, I cannot remove an alias associated with my account,the steps I took were:

  1. Account Settings
  2. Account aliases
  3. Remove (link under the alias)
  4. Remove (confirmation page)

After I try, I am told:

  We're unable to retrieve information for this section at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later.

Please help.
