Cannot remove 2 entries from “Blocked Senders” list

I have 2 entries name that look like this

gregado.com

tokw.castle@asht:


It doesn't like a standard email address and I don't know how it get in there anyway. No matter how many times I removed and when I refresh it show up again.

Can you Sys Admin please me help remove this 2 entries.
