Due to recent xbox terms and conditions the system is asking for verification from the parental account and sign in with email and password. I can no longer remember my password for that account and having spoken to Xbox support they say they cannot find any trace of the email in the system. The Xbox will not allow myself to change the email address in the sign in box therefore the only option is to type in the password. Is there any help I could have with accepting the new terms and getting myself back online as soon as possible.
