Cannot register domain with outlook.com

I just tried to register my domain mobiletest.org with domains.live.com, and I received the error :

This domain name can't be used with Admin Center because it's already registered with Microsoft

I purchased this domain a couple of months back, and I haven't used it with any other MS products that I know of.  What can I do?
