Hi,

My hotmail account has been hacked and I tried retrieving it by successfully filling out the form, but when I tried to secure it I found a back up email address (probably the hacker's) it is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This parent lock is not allowing me to access my account as they keep changing password and locking me out. I even tried changing my primary alias to outlook but they still found a way to change all the settings back to the original. I have all previous passwords, secret answer and all other required records, besides the hacker's ip address is Egypt which i've never signed in from since I created the account. Can anyone help me please? By the way, I am sending this message from my daughter's email to be able to post this question. If someone can help, please let me know what information I need to provide.
