I can send mails, but do not receive any. I checked in the junk mail, but it only says that "I've got no mail, and that Microsoft Smart screen is helping to keep junk mail from my inbox"....is this the problem?
I've checked and I've got no rules set to delete messages.

Why am I only receiving mails from Outlook, is this then a setting that must be changed to allow all other mails to come through?
