Original title: problem with receiveing

this account ( *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ) has been hooked up 30 days ago ..
i get it back to my name and i changed my password ..
now i can send mails but i cant receive any mails ..

there is a problem with receiveing mails from any one .. even from my owen add. ..
pls. tell me what to do to get this add back to me ..
