Former hotmail.com client for 15+ years, cannot receive emails sent to [samename]@outlook.com. I did all the checks suggested in previous posts, adjusted where necessary. Just sent myself a test email from a google account, rec'd bounce-back message (below).
Added gmail addy to safe senders on Outlook, tested again, same result. Nothing appears in email on Outlook side, no junk mail etc. Please advise.
