I appreciate that support has seized for Microsoft Windows Live Mail, however it has worked for us for a number of years.
We have come across an issue where we are not receiving emails when we hit send and receive. However we do receive emails sporadically, in bursts, throughout the day, where we receive a batch of emails in one go. Then nothing for a couple of hours, then more emails. But I can not receive emails by clicking send and receive. There is obviously something blocking emails coming through, as they are not in the email web browser client either.
As mentioned, something is blocking the emails coming in, we can send emails, as far as we are aware.
There was not change in hosting provider (the hosting provider is adamant that it's nothing to do with their servers), there was no change in broadband provider and there was no change in hardware.
Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
