My daughter received an email saying her account was full and that more storage would be made available. She went through her account and deleted a very large number of emails. She can no longer receive emails and any messages sent to her are returned saying her inbox may be full.
We have tried resetting her account using one time codes etc. She can log in and access her old emails but nothing new and she can access hersettings, profile etc.
It would appear that following the message about the full account, her incoming mail has been blocked. She urgently needs access as she is in the middle of a job application and interviews.
Please can anyone provide some guidance.
