I have not been able to receive email through my live.com account since noon today, it is now 7:15pm.

More information:
I checked my email from three different providers and three different devices / computers so it is not my ISP
I am not getting any errors, I am just not receiving mail.
I confirmed that I can send email to others
I confirmed that I cannot receive email, by e-mailing myself from my own account, from other accounts, and friends have confirmed that they have sent me e-mails and still nothing.

After waiting for a call back for an hour and then speaking with tech support, they referred me to online chat support, who then referred me to this forum because online mail is a free product.

What's going on? Do I need to get some other account?
