Original Title: Can not receive e-mails on my laptop

I can not receive email on my laptop when i open with the email icon.  I get a message that says:

Unable to send or receive messages for the hotmail account.

server error: 3219.

Server:  https://mail.service.live.com/deltaSync_v2.0.0/sync.aspx

windows live mail error ID 0x8DE00005.

Get mail if i go to hotmail.com and also get mail on my other devices
