On two different computers, my counterparts were using WLM 2011 or 2012. Some emails received cannot be printed (neither the attachments) - the print dialog simply does not appear on the screen. The three printers installed are over local network and they were working very well. I can print any document created on the computer or even downloaded from the internet and some emails (not all), as told, cannot be printed. Curiously, some PDF files that came as attached files do not print - By using Adobe Acrobat, I can generate file into a new PDF file then it prints normally.

What I did, I migrated all the emails onto the new Outlook 2013 (Office 365) and the mysterious remains - I cannot print those emails even from Outlook 2013. I can only suppose that WLM save some printers configuration into the emails. As the WLM have some bugs, it "saves the bugs" into the EML files.

I am the "IT man" of the office and the people laugh when I try to explain what is not explainable.

I am not searching for solution because as told, I have migrated the email clients to Outlook 2013.
