I am having trouble opening Windows Photo Gallery. When I click on it, instead it opens Windows Photo Viewer, which does not seem to have editing capabilities. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photo Gallery, but it still does not work. I have tried opening it directly from the start menu, and also clicking on a specific photo and selecting "Open With" and then Photo Gallery. But either way it still takes me to Photo Viewer.

I hope someone can help me out...I just need to remove some red eye from my photos!!! Thanks.
