Starting today I am unable to download a pdf or open it straight from outlook.  I have tried two different computers and two different browsers and multiple PDFs from different emails - some of which I have opened previously!  These are work related and I must have access to them.  I have a second hotmail/outlook account and am able to access PDFs there, so it is only this one account.
