I open I.E. 11 preview edition, and am taken right to http://www.msn.com, I then click on the big blue Outlook block on that page, it opens a tab, and the page is blank, and doesn't load, nor give an error. I beta tested this product and thru-out the test  Pre- Preview version this never happened. The pages loaded without a problem. The only difference is that testing was done in Windows 8 retail version. Now as well I discovered another issue that is contained ONLY with I.E. 11 in the preview edition is the inability to load Norton 360 toolbar. Contacted Norton and they of course blame Microsoft for this issue. This is the 64 bit edition of Internet Explorer 11.
