After signing into Hotmail/Outlook, I see everything as I should.  When I select a message to open sometimes the message opens and sometimes it goes into search mode displaying the Hourglass symbol.  If I do a Screen Refresh the message opens.  When I try to switch Folders, sometimes it switches.  Other times it shows as if it is switching folders but, the Hi-Lite mark is on the correct folder, however the messages displayed are from the previous folder accessed.  I've run anti-virus, anti-malware, cleaned cache.  The problem only happens on my laptop.  The program works fine on my desktop.
