Hello- I am running Win8.1-64bits,IE11, 12GB Memory and 1TB HDD. I observed today that I can only receive email from Outlook.com and it no longer opens hyperlinks nor URLs. This is true for either  the Start screen or the Desktop. There are no error messages. Nothing happens when I attempt to open hyperlinks. For awhile after installing Win8.1, I was able to increase email font sizes but this disappeared also.
