cannot manage domains at domains.live.com

I have a custom domain "www.techzod.com" set up with my email address "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" !
i already made 4-5 email accounts for this domain and now i want to add a few more email accounts but i cannot see the domain management page !!
when i try to Sign In at domains.live.com , it just refreshes and takes me back  at the same Sign Up page again and again !
Please help me asap !
