Windows Live Mail will not allow me to delete or move any messages from the Inbox.   The "Sent Items" folder is not present where it belongs, but is alphabetically listed with other folders and not in the proper position after Drafts.  Most or all other folders seem to be present.  I can move a message to the junk folder nu marking it JUNK on the toolbar. 

As far as I can tell the outlook.com files on the server are now fine fine but Windows Live Mail is badly broken.  Also at the present time at get the error below:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (JanJ) account.
