Hello, my email and password are not working to access my Windows Live Family Safety on my workstation. I can log into account.live.com and access family safety, change details, etc but these have no effect on the actual access. A box pops up every few minutes asking to sign in and nothing works. After reading several threads on this topic, I have changed my password, uninstalled Family Safety and reinstalled (restarting obviously).
I am operating in Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1.
