Hello,

Recently I have been trying to log into my Outlook account. This account was created for me throughout my enrollment in college. So with that being said there are emails regarding school sent to this only this account. Each time I try to log into the account a new window appears with a box explaining that in order for me to access my account I need to sign out of my Outlook 365 account (which I do not have). I have tried clicking the link to proceed to the next step of allowing me to log out of the account, but I am just taken back to the original login page.  Throughout the process it occurred to me that I was logged into the account on a different computer. With that being said, I checked every computer that I would have be logged on in.  Sure enough that wasn't the problem.

If anyone has any input on what the issue may be please let me know.
