Re: the above.  I don't believe the list is lost, I just cannot find it to recover in order to send emails to people in that list.

I tried going through Outlook.com and problem not solved.  The People page is just empty so cannot find a menu bar, to click Manage and Restore All.  Please advise how I can get this restored.  Have no idea how it disappeared.
