I've always been able to sign in to one of my hotmail accounts, and link through that to my second hotmail account. As of this morning, the link through to my second hotmail account is not showing on the drop-down menu (top right corner). 

I tried going into Account Settings/Permissions and 'Add accounts' but there is NO option here to add my other hotmail account. 

It's worked fine for years. Suddenly no link through, and no options that I can find to rectify this.
