For some reason I can no longer use my Windows Essentials.  I did read that programs can be lost due to system restores.  This may have been the case with mine.  Even so, I have not been able to reinstall and download it to my laptop.  After numerous attempts, I was finally able to delete the old program.  When I attempted on numerous occasions to reinstall Windows Essentials, I got the following message:  An unknown error occurred, Error:  0x8007064c, Source: crt110-i386.  Also, I can no longer use my Windows Live Mail or my MSN email account.  Nothing is working.  I have been noticing that I frequently been getting a Communicator.exe error, too. I have used the troubleshooting instructions on the WE website.  Again, it was to no avail.

I'm at my wits end. I bought my Windows 7 laptop back in 2010 and didn't start using The Movie Maker until 2012.  It wasn't until a few months ago that it and Windows Mail became unfunctional.  I really need this two options to be working.  Do you know what may be going on with my laptop and have any suggestions as to how to correct this problem?
