I am trying to insert a still image into a series of still images in a Windows My Movie project.  

The image will not insert no matter what method I try.  

The same image has been inserted elsewhere in the timeline, however, with no problems.

Now, for some reason when I try to insert the image, it refuses to insert and the timeline position jumps ahead to a position about 15 seconds later than where I want to insert the image, with no new insertion.

Any ideas as to what is going on here?
