I'm almost ready to dump this windows 8 system. If I don't find a resolution to my problem in the next day or two I will return this new computer and order another with windows 7. My problem is as follows:

I created a new account in Microsoft, live mail and outlook. the problem I'm having is I cannot transfer my contacts into any of these mail systems.

I have created a .CSV file of all my old contacts and followed all the instructions such as "log in to people.live.com, click import from the file button, and select from a CSV file." The problem is I cannot for the life of me find the FILE BUTTON so I can click import. Can someone please help me.
