I I am running Windows Live Mail on Windows 8.1 but I find it infuriating that I can not get my Contacts or address book to appear in the top bar when I open a new email.

Can anyone help me please.

With my old computer (running Windows XP which I loved) I could get "People" to appear in the address bar and then click on whoever I wanted the mail to go to.

I am an old geezer and not very clever with 8.1
