I am currently running Windows 8.1 and using Windows Live mail for my Email. When I try to forward an Email to a group (or category), I receive an error: The message could not be sent. Type an email address for one or more recipient in the To, Cc, or Bcc box. This problem sometimes corrects itself for some of my categories, but mostly does not work at all. it is getting to the point that I will be shopping for a new product if Microsoft does not correct this issue. In the forums, I find that this has been an ongoing problem for several years now. Does anyone have an answer? It is disgraceful that this has not been corrected. Can anyone recommend a good product?
