I am using Genuine Windows 7 and MS Office 2007 in Sony Vaio laptop. Sometime back, my system was formatted. Subsequently, i downloaded'Windows Live Mail' from 'Microsoft' site. The file "wlsetup-web" was downloaded and run. This process created a "Windows Live Mail" icon in the ' Start' menu. When I click on this icon, Windows Live Mail does not start. Just nothing happens on clicking on this icon... no error message, etc.

I have repeated this process of 'uninstalling' and 'installing' Windows Essentials 5-6 times, but it never opens. I am clueless now!!

Can somebody help me??
