I've seen a similar post to this but they were older so I decided to open my own.  My wife can no longer connect to her 2 hotmail accounts from her ipad.  I've done a factory reset and still no luck.  This happened after she opened an email that was suspicious, but she did not click any links.  I can add my hotmail account and it will load all my messages, but as I've said neither of her two accounts work.  Her username is othersis, and sludwig, both hotmail (not live or outlook).  Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
