Hello, I have been trying to close my Outlook email account for three days now.  Every time I do it here: https://account.live.com/CloseAccount.aspx .  I keep getting bumped to a broken page with the message

"We can't show you that page

Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."

I want my account closed and all data associated with the account deleted permanently.  Please respond as soon as possible.  It is absolutely unacceptable for Microsoft to prevent me from deleting my account.
