All the directions for adding a contact to an existing group say that once I select the contact from the drop down list  (in People), the toolbar should contain an option that says "Groups", which would then have an option to "apply".

My toolbar does not display "Groups". It only says "Save as a group", which means I'd be creating a new group.  What happened to the option to add to an existing group?
