Why can't I add a SBCGLOBAL.NET account to the send and receive of OUTLOOK.COM. The settings are as follows

Incoming server = inbound.att.net

port = 995

security = SSL

Outgoing server = inbound.att.net

port = 465

security = SSL/TSL
