Are  you able to explain why i cannot access skydrive online?  Is the site down or changing?  I have tried on multiple devices including my Surface 2 with 8.1.  I am attempting to go to the following url: https://skydrive.live.com/ and i am constantly told that the site is not available.  I have even clicked on a link from the Microsoft website and there has been no success.
