So I logged onto Xbox live the other day under my 5 year old gamertag: AFallenAngel272. I was then prompted to put in my Microsoft Account email and password as to update my security profile. However, I do not recall the password I created so many years ago. Actually, I had tried to access my account on my computer before to change some of the information on it and had had the same problem. The email address associated with the account no longer exists because it was one given to me by an educational institution that I no longer attend. Therefore I was going to change it to one of my personal email addresses to solve the problem. However, as I already stated, I do not remember the password to the account anymore. Also, to make things worse, I do not recall the answer to my security question either. I have a list of answers I have tired but I cannot any longer because I have "answered incorrectly" too many times.
