For the past hour whenever I click on link for my  Hotmail, I keep getting a message saying this page cannot be displayed. Then I  am directed  to other like which are supposed to  help me.  I have no IT background and I have no patience when it comes to such issues.  My Hotmail is visible on my phone. I can access all other of my internet options.
