Cannot access my email. "You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account). " I am not aware that I am signed in with any account and have tried logging in via different browsers and pc's yet the same message appears.

This was what occurred previously, now when I attempt to log in I just am directed to a blank page with the following in the address bar:

I have run the fiddler cap as requested and have the zip file ready. I have already had a reply to this question but it redirected me to a post that was now locked and I was unable to reply in turn.
