I have recently tried to access my email account but when I try to it says "it looks like someone else may be using your account". I have tried to use the back up email option, but it seems that my back up email is not receiving the security link.
I have also tried to answer the survey but it says I have not put enough information to get my account back, even though I filled out all my personal information. I do not send any emails other than to myself, and I have created no folders on my account, so
what other information can I possibly put! I do not have a security question option, so is there any other options to retrieve my email?
