Recently, the Hotmail keep saying that it seems that some other people is using the account. So I try to verify my account and choose the I cannot verify option so that I need to enter Recent emails subject recent sent mails survey to get the account verified. It says it will respond in 24 hours, however, for the first one I filled in, it says it is not approved. Then I entered a few other times which I am sure what I have answered is very close with the real one such as recent senders and subject lines but I still have not get approved. The account is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I have been using it for over 10 years. There are a lot of important information on there and I am waiting for a lot of important emails. I hope to get the account back soon.  I can provide additional information if you need and I really need to get back to the account soon to check my emails. Please help it is very urgent.
