The email addess belongs to my aunt and she has had this account 8+ years. on Sept 14, her password stopped working and she did not change it. We went through trying to reset her password, but the phone number she has now she did not have 8 years ago
when she set up the account. The alternative email address that is listed in the recovery form she does not recognize and we have tried to fill out the account recovery form serveral times but receive a message back stating "Unfortunately, our automated
system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership." How can she recover this account, the only suggestions we found so far is that she should just start a new account. Unfortunately, there
is contact information on this old account that she does not have anywhere else, and alot of pictures which she left attached to incoming email. Please help.
