Hi,

 

I have 2 Hotmail accounts and one live mail account which were all linked.  Since the security upgrade has been implemented, I now cannot access my Hotmail account for my small business.  The email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I am having trouble accessing.

 

I have tried resetting the password as that password that I thought it was did not allow me access.  The email address on the reset page, I do not even recognise.

 

I have tried resetting the password using another email account and by supplying additional information to prove that the account is mine but I keep getting a message that I have exceeded attempts to recover please try again in 24 hours. 

 

I have waited over 24 hours and have tried again but still getting the same message.  I need access to this email account as I use this for my painting and decorating business.

 

Any help given will be gratefully appreciated.
